Our studio

Our Yoga Studio is located in the Croydon Buddhist Centre (98 High Street, CR0 1ND). Leave behind the hustle of daily life and embrace a moment of peace.

Our Teachers

Our yoga and qigong classes are held by qualified teachers who are also committed Buddhist practitioners. They are keen to share their knowledge and experience with people from all backgrounds.

Yoga and Dharma Teacher

Mokshadarshini

Mokshadarshini has been practising and teaching yoga more than two decades. She is also an experienced meditator, and member of the Triratna Buddhist Order. Mokshadarshini is registered with the British Wheel of Yoga. 

Qigong

Qigong/ Tai Chi Instructor

Andrew Manning

Andrew has been practicing Aikido, Tai Chi (yang long form) and Qigong for over a decade.  He is a qualified qigong teacher, as well as swimming instructor for people with disabilities.

Yoga and Dharma Teacher

Matt Clark

Matt's classes blend Hatha-style yoga with Buddhist principles, emphasising the cultivation of awareness and stillness through the body. He trained with the Samyak Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda in Mysore, India.
