Are these courses for me?

If you are new to meditation and Buddhism or would like a refresher, or just interested in the basics, our newcomers' courses are ideal for you! No established meditation practice or prior involvement with Buddhism is necessary.

If you have been to at least one of our newcomers' courses or have been involved in our Buddhist tradition for a while, consider signing up to one of our advanced courses. These courses are designed to take your Dharma practice deeper. 

Why should I attend a course?

Courses are the best way to gain an in-depth knowledge on meditation and Buddhism in our urban environment. Explore our beginners/newcomers' courses to start off your journey, or our advanced courses if you've been with us for a while.
