Newcomers and more experienced all welcome
The Buddha described enlightenment as ‘the heart’s release’.
As the heart is released, it fully opens with gratitude for the gift of life and awareness, and turns towards the world around us with kindness, compassion, appreciative joy and equanimity.
Finding and cultivating gratitude, kindness, appreciative joy and equanimity in our everyday lives is itself a path to enlightenment. With talks by Vaddhaka, and opportunity for reflection and discussion, we will explore these positive emotions, looking for their presence in our lives, finding ways to let them grow.
Week 1: Introduction Week 2: Gratitude Week3: Kindness Week 4: Compassion Week 5: Appreciative Joy Week 6: Equanimity We are running this course at two levels. See below for details, and choose your level at the booking page.
