Suggested donation £10 / £8
All welcome - In person (all day) and on Zoom (until 12:45pm)
Parinirvana Day is one of our four main festival days (along with Buddha Day, Dharma Day and Sangha Day) and provides an opportunity to reflect upon themes from the last days of the Buddha.
This year we will be exploring fearlessness in the face of life and death. The day will include meditation, talks, discussion, a group lunch, and pūjā.
We are also delighted to say two people will be be having their mitra ceremonies on this day: Jennifer Blair and Kirsty Ayers. There will be a simple ritual to formalise their decision to become a Buddhist, to live their lives according to the 5 precepts and to become a friend of Triratna, our Buddhist Community.
Just turn up in-person, or use the Zoom link below.

Dana Economy. All our classes offering Buddhist teaching are by donation, because we believe that the Buddha's teachings should be freely given. We recommend a donation of £10/£8, but we welcome you however much you can afford to give.
