All welcome, regardless of prior involvement or experience with Buddhism
On the third Saturday of each month we have a special afternoon, run by and for people of colour.
Whether you are new to Buddhism and meditation, or a regular at the Centre, you are welcome to join us for meditation, discussion about Buddhist teachings, and the chance to connect with like-minded people.
The event takes place on the third Saturdays of every month, 2pm to 4pm.
Attendance is by donation, the suggested donatin is £10 / £8 (conc) on the door, but please feel to give more or less, depending on your income.
You don't need to book, just drop in.
