People of Colour Gathering
Third Saturday of the month, 2pm - 4pm
With Simhasraddha and team
Suggested donation: £10 / £8 (conc)
We hear of the importance of action in a Buddhist’s life - because our actions affect the world around us and they inform who we will become. But how do we know how to act? This afternoon, we embrace the Buddhist ethical precepts as our guides. We’ll also consider an exercise on resourcing ourselves, and have mediation and discussion.
On the third Saturday of each month we have a special afternoon, run by and for people of colour.
Whether you are new to Buddhism and meditation, or a regular at the Centre, you are welcome to join us for meditation, discussion about Buddhist teachings, and the chance to connect with like-minded people.
Meets on third Saturdays of the month, 2pm to 4pm. By donation, £10 / £8 (conc) suggested donation on the door, but please feel to give more or less, depending on your income.
No need to book, just drop in.
