The Buddha taught that by letting go of compulsiveness, we can open up to a state of joy and abundance.
Most of us have experienced an at least low-level addiction: substances, entertainment or relationships. Meanwhile, craving can show up in ways we might never notice. Maybe we are even addicted to life itself!
Join us for an evening where we delve into how Buddhism sees addiction and how we can free ourselves from it. We will explore how we can let go of a relationship with life that is driven by craving, and turn towards one of joy and freedom.
As always, a lovely home-cooked dinner will be served from 6.30pm, and we'll have a fire to warm our hands afterwards!
